During next year we are going to employ some workers
who will be in direct contact with inmates, which will enable
better, high-quality work.

At the moment there are 43 workplaces, classified by job description,
and 59 employed workers.

everyday care of inmates

A great number of employees is in direct contact with inmates and they take care of health care of inmates. Some of employees work in the kitchen or take care of hygiene,others work in accounting department or in the head office.

Those who are in direct contact
with inmates are experts in their field of work. They are:
social workers, therapists, medical specialists and nurses.
This team satisfies specific needs of individuals and those
of the centre as very specific institution.

Technical staff provide the most optimal condition for the stay of inmates and they also contribute to good work of the centre.

During 2002 the staff management of the centre received advanced training . There were a lot of lectures and the exchange of information with employees who work in other similar institutions. |
