the building of the old home
|
The old
home of home for the aged in Kikinda was founded in 1946. Today,
there are two pavilions and the building of the dispensary which
was completely renovated in 2002. There are 37 rooms: 13 double-bedded
rooms, 11 three-bedded rooms and 13 rooms in which there are
more than three beds.

There are also three
dining rooms which are used as the sitting rooms. In each pavilion
there are kitchenette and bathroom (with bath and shower).

There are also: kitchen, policlinic,
beauty shop, the room for occupational therapy, laundry, central
dressing room, gas boiler room, the building where dead inmates
are put away, the garage and the family house which is used
by superintendentent.

| In the yard of the centre there are a lot of flowers, fruit, trees. The whole space has been completely renovated - the paths have been set on concrete, the plateau for the benches has been prepared, grass has been planted etc. |
