The
complete reconstruction of the home for the aged in the town
of Kikinda would be impossible without domestic and foreign
donors.
It has been made a connection with the International Red Cross and there has been also the support of OOCK Kikinda .
the renovated building of the old home
The complete adaption of the
old building has been done by help of the German government
and their donation of 6.000 euro. The works that have been
done: damp-proof course, lowering of the ceiling, electrical
system, stripping off the walls, plastering and painting of
the walls, approach ramp and sanitary facilities have been
completely repaired.
The catch pit
in 18 Brace Sredojev Street, rainwater services and the parking
lot in front of the old building have been done by financing
of the Emergency fund and the main office for city construction.
56 beds for the renovated buildings of the old home have
been bought thanks to OOCK Kikikda and the French Red Cross.
